One question many home sellers forget to ask during the interview process is "How will you find buyers for my home?" The basic forms of advertising a home for sale is placing the listing on the Multiple Listing Service, and putting a sign in the yard. But we don't stop there. We "blanket" our services in many mediums, from local to international publications, cable TV commercials, direct mail, relocation guides, professional networks and the Internet. We publish our own DeHanas Team Market Guide, which is distributed all over the County via direct mail, door-to-door, local and regional newspapers, grocery stores, hotels and our own news paper boxes set up throughout the Southern Maryland region. Our listings are also advertised in local and regional newspapers, flyers and brochures.

About the only source we don't advertise on is a billboard. Or do we? The DeHanas Team provides buyers and sellers using our real estate services with the use of a free moving van, which features our logos, phone numbers and website address....kind of a moving billboard of sorts.  In any event, we get buyers who actually seek us out because of our moving trucks. 

Another source of buyers includes other real estate agents. The DeHanas Team belongs to a variety of referral networks made up of some of the top producing agents in the Nation, and as a result, they have buyers coming from all parts of the Country and around the world.
